How pack tracing works
Where a Rizq pack carries a trace code, the code links it to the lot it was packed from, so you can read the details Rizq has published about that lot.
How pack tracing works
What a trace code is
A trace code is a public reference for one lot. It is separate from Rizq's internal lot records, so a trace code reveals only what has been published for that lot.
What the lookup shows
When Rizq has published details for a lot, the lookup shows them: the product, its origin and storage guidance where they are recorded, and any other facts Rizq has approved for that lot.
If a lot is not currently available, the lookup says so.
What it never shows
The lookup does not show supplier costs, internal identifiers, stock quantities or order details.
If a code is not recognised
An unknown code and a code whose details are not published get the same answer, so the lookup cannot be used to guess which lots exist. Check the code and try again, or contact Rizq.
